Hi, I’m Brianna - the founder, pastry chef, and cake designer behind Brie’s Sweets.
I started Brie’s Sweets in 2020 after graduating from baking and pastry school, combining my love of cake artistry with a passion for creating beautiful plant-based desserts. What began as a small passion project in Toronto has since evolved into a custom cake business based in Montreal, specializing in modern vegan and gluten-free cakes for birthdays, weddings, and celebrations.
After taking time away to pursue other ventures and travel, I eventually settled in Montreal and reopened Brie’s Sweets bigger and better than ever, with a stronger creative vision and an even deeper passion for custom cakes.

Every cake is designed to feel thoughtful, personal, and fully customizable - without compromising flavour or quality. From minimalist birthday cakes to intricate vintage piping and floral wedding designs, each creation is made entirely plant-based using high-quality ingredients.
Brie’s Sweets was built around the idea that vegan desserts should feel exciting, elevated, and indulgent - not limiting. Whether you’re vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free, or simply someone who loves good cake, every dessert is created to be enjoyed by everyone at the table.

Based in downtown Montreal, Brie's Sweets offers custom vegan cakes for birthdays, weddings, and special events across the city. Pickup is currently available in Ville-Marie, with customers regularly ordering from Plateau-Mont Royal, Mile End, Griffintown, Verdun, Laval, the South Shore, and surrounding areas.
